All prices are subject to negotiation ! The holiday house “Miovic” is situated in a small fishermans village Molunat in one of the Most beautiful bays at the south Adriatic. The distance to a beautiful beach only comes to 10 metres and is located in a magnificent atmosphere. For individuals in need of a rest, is this place particularly suitable. The house disposes of 4 apartments and 1 room. Each apartment has a kitchen with a living room, separate bed rooms with double beds, SAT/TV, shower, WC and a balcony. The price for the accommodation includes towels, bed linen without beach sheets, completely furnished kitchen with all necessary crockery and cutlery as well as the consumption of electricity and water. A grill is also at your disposal. There is also a house-owned parking place. Only for the guests of the owners a small restaurant leads, in which he predominantly uses biological and fresh indgredients. In the restaurant fish specialities, crustaceans and mussels are served as fish meals. Beside fish specialities, there is also a wide variety of other Dalmatian meals. To our guests we offer a possibility of transport from airport to apartment with surcharge If the guest is interested. Airport is 20 km from Dubrovnik. Dubrovnik can be reached in 35 minutes by car. (40 km distance).
