The villa itself is located on the West coast of Istria in a place called Fazana, also called 'toscane Croatia'. Fazana is a real tourist destination with a small port and a mini market for fresh groseries, at the north of city Pula. The village is ideal for people who seek culture, this small Mediterranean place has a beautiful beach and surrounded hillrocks with vintages, bunches and picturesque villages. In Istria many people still speak Italian, and also the kitchen has much Italian Courts, because this region was under the influence of Italy. From the villa there is a splendid view on the Adriatiche sea and islands of the national park Brijuni. With the boat you can a visit this park that exists in 12 small and 2 large islands. Climate is deliciously, senses not warm, in spite of summery 30-32C with frequently a nice breeze.

The apartment lies only 200 meters from the village and 100 meters near a busstop, where you can get on to visit Pula.
There is a beach in walking distance with very clear azure-blue water of Adriatic sea.
