The house area of 140 m2 which is located on the estate of 1600 m2 is designed for a luxurious stay for 12 people.
There are four bedrooms, with a double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe and cupboard. Three luxury bathrooms, one with bath and the other with walk in shower and washing machine.
Guests have an amazing sea view from the terrace surrounding the private swimming pool. Swimming pool has 50m2, surrounded by olive trees and a large arbor with a table and benches. Within the booth there is a barbecue with necessary olive trees for stoves
The living room connected with the kitchen and well furnished dining room contains all necessary kitchen appliances.
The house is located in a quiet area that guarantees complete rest without any noise or interference from neighborhood. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden with olive trees, lemon and orange trees providing excellent protection from sunshine during the day. There is also a nice rose garden, lavender and other Mediterranean plants offering a splendid view and atmosphere.
The private property around the house has a parking place for 4 cars.
