Additional Information
The house is situated in the green landscape above a pebbly beach, 50 meters within walking distance from the sea. A parking place, a lawn and a transportable grill are also situated within the house lot. Two completely furnished apartments and arranged in a modern way are positioned in the south and east front part of the house, each apartment has four beds and partly covered terraces with external tables. Both apartments and both terraces have see view and view partly across the beach. Guests that rent both apartments have at their disposal more than 100m2 of the external area in front of the apartment. Because of the vicinity of the beach as well as the spaciousness of the interior and exterior accommodation, the apartments are ideal for families with children and house pets. Both apartments are equipped with air conditioning, satellite television and radio, as well as with the necessary bedlinen, towels and cookware. Medveja is a little fishing village that developed around one of the most beautiful pebble beaches of the Kvarner Gulf and is situated below Mt. Vojak, which is with its 1396 meters the highest peak of the Učka mountain range, with its scenic view that stretches out across Istria and islands of the Kvarner Gulf to the Italian coast. The nature park Učka (8 kilometers), with established mountain and mountinbike routs, the popular congress and Spa centre Opatija (8 kilometres), and the well-known 12 kilometres long Franz Joseph promenade (Lungomare) which stretches out from Lovran to Opatija and Volosko along the coast (2 km) are located in the close vicinity of Medveja. Not to fare are also the excursion sites in Istria and on the island of Cres (30 km). The gastronomic offer in istrian restaurants (konoba) Kali and Punta, as well as the diving school and the possibility to rent a ship dock make Medveja with its mild climate, green landscape and crystal clear see to an ideal vacation and recreation resort.
