Additional Information
The apartments are located on the 2nd floor (terrace - at the top of the house). In addition to the apartments, there is a large terrace (50 m2 for both apartments) and it is possible to combine these two apartments together, ie each of them can be 2 + 2 (in this case one room is separated from the smaller apartment and have a common part of the terrace).
