House can accommodate up to 5 persons. Size of the house is 80 m2 with garden (150 m2). Public parking is available near the house. House is just 20 m from the sea and 500 m from the beach. Restaurants, bars, shops are available in walking distance from the house, maximum 300 meters. In front of the house and behind the house is a garden with terrace and grill.
In ground floor is a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, stove, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine. There is also a living room with satellite tv, WIFI and a small toilet.
On the first floor are 3 bedrooms with 3 double beds. There are 2 air-conditions on the first floor. Also, there is a fully equipped bathroom with walk-in shower.
