The villa Alenka is right by the sea, has a small beach in front of the house for our guests.

The villa has ground floor where my family lives, two apartments on the first floor for 5 persons called ALENKA and IVONA and two new luxury apartments on the second floor for 4 persons called ANJA and JAN.

(2 persons/queen-size bed + 2 persons/queen size bed) with sea view, spacious bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with dining area and SAT TV, AC, free Internet access, separate entrance and private parking space.

The historical town of Trogir is only 3 km away.

In front of the villa is 3 km long seaside promenade with many cafes, restaurants and small beaches and tourist boat stop to Trogir runs every hour from 9 am until 11 pm and every day to Split.
Only 50 meters from the villa is small shop for basic essential open every day from 7 am until 9 pm.

Airport Split is only 7 km away. There is no noise from the airport. It is an absolutely quiet place for a nice family holiday.
There is no house on the left and or the right side of the villa.


Changing linens and towels after seven days, final cleaning, housekeeper during morning - if you need some additional cleaning or ironing. Internet free access, AC, private parking lot and using grill in our garden are included in the price.

Children are welcome a good selection of toys and videos are provided.
We can also provide you with a high chair and cot with no extra charge.

For complete reservation you need to pay 30 percent of the total amount on bank account.
