Kitchen and living room has 26 m2, satellite-TV, DVD and air conditioning.
The kitchen has a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer.
There are 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet, one on each floor. WC on each floor has a washing machine.
The living room and kitchen with a breathtaking view of the sea and the islands of Brac and Solta.
The upper floor is 32 m2 terrace with awning and furniture for sitting, with stunning views.

In the yard are carefully landscaped gardens, swimming pool 8 meters length and width 4m, outdoor shower, outdoor grill, sun loungers, outdoor seating.
