Additional Information
Welcome to the Apartments Grciæ. Our apartments and rooms are located in a two minutes walking distance from a nice beach, right near the yacht harbor and a short walk to the old town. The apartments and rooms are located in a beautiful family house with several apartments and rooms inside. All apartments and rooms have their private amenities, bathrooms and bedrooms. We have also a private fenced parking which is free of charge for our guests. The area is quite, there is also a nice sun protected sitting area in the garden, between a fig tree, plants and other small trees, and an outside Barbecue you are free to use. Our accommodation is good for friend, couples, small and big families and solo travelers. Our guests are free to use the apartments and rooms they have booked, our large fenced garden with a nice sun protected sitting area, the outdoor wood fired Barbecue and the private fenced parking in front of the house. The price includes the use of air-condition in apartments where there is such a possibility, the use of a wireless internet access, sojourn tax, final cleaning, bedlinen and towels. The interaction with the guest depends only on the guests wish and overall mood. We can be in a day to day communication, or, we don't have to see each other besides on the check-in and check-out day. For extra surcharges we can also prepare small dishes for our guests, show them around, visit the market and much more. It is our guest who is deciding. Our apartments and rooms are perfectly located and are giving you the possibility to explore the town by foot. If you arrive by car just park it on our private fenced parking and there is no need to drive around the town. But, if you want to have short road trips you can visit some of Croatia's most beautiful national parks which are located in a maximum two hours driving distance and are perfect for small day trips. Our neighborhood is more or less quiet, in a healthy distance from the towns' nightlife. The beautiful beach is in a two minutes walking distance on a small walkway between a fenced pine plot and the yacht harbor. The beach offers all necessary amenities, some bars and restaurants. Our apartments and rooms are easy to find, located in the beautiful town of Biograd n/m. You can reach us by car or public transportation. The nearest airport is in a 30km distance. The old town with bars & restaurants, other tourist hotspots and the towns bus station are located in a maximum ten minutes walking distance.
