This luxury house is situated on a slopes of Učka with a beautiful panoramic view of the sea and the Kvarner islands. The pleasant Mediterranean climate and laurel forests surrounding it will give you peace, tranquility and complete privacy during your vacation. For all who like active holidays we recommend nearby Nature Park Učka and the terrain pathway Carmen Sylva for walk, jog and cycling that passes near the house.
All visitors are advised to drive carefully on the steep driveway to the house.
To protect birds and wildlife light is reduced on the driveway to the house.
Villa has an area of 498 m2. It is close to town center of Opatija.
