How to book accommodation

Contact the owner

Send an enquiry using the simple contact form at the bottom of your chosen property page, providing your contact details, preferred dates and number of guests.

The owner confirms availability

You will usually receive a reply within 24 to 48 hours confirming availability, price and conditions. Feel free to ask for additional photos of the apartment and any other information you need.

Deposit and booking confirmation

If the dates are available, the owner will usually request a deposit of 20–50% of the total price to confirm the booking. The balance is paid on arrival in cash (EUR). The deposit is non-refundable.

No. You pay the owner directly. Our site is purely a listings portal – we do not handle payments and charge no fees whatsoever.

The deposit ranges from 20 to 50% of the total stay price. Each owner sets the amount individually. The balance is paid on arrival directly on site.

Most owners reply within 24 to 48 hours. In high season the wait may be longer. If you have not received a reply within 60 hours, you can use the follow-up link in the confirmation email sent after your enquiry.

The deposit is paid to secure the accommodation for the guest and to guarantee the guest's arrival for the owner. As a general rule it is non-refundable, unless a different arrangement is agreed directly with the owner.
