Crowonder Harbor Villa is located in a quiet part of Bibinje. It is several hundred meters from the city center and the beach, and 8 km from the historic Zadar.
The villa is an ideal proposition for a group of friends and families spending their holidays together. 14 people can relax on an area of ??over 200 sq m.
The villa and the space around it have been designed to enable our guests to spend time together on the one hand, and to provide comfort and a sense of privacy on the other.
APARTMENTS IN CROWONDER HARBOR VILLA
The villa is a new building, put into use in 2017. We have prepared three comfortably furnished and fully equipped apartments in it:
1. NORTH apartment - 56 m2, ground floor, for 4 people, living room with convertible sofa connected to the dining room and kitchen, bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower, direct exit to the terrace and swimming pool.
2. WEST apartment - 65 m2, floor, for 6 people, living room with convertible sofa connected to the dining room and kitchen, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower, terrace.
3. Apartment EAST - 44 m2, floor, for 4 people, living room with convertible sofa connected to the dining room and kitchen, bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower, terrace.
In addition, on the ground floor of the Villa there is a communal laundry room and an additional toilet.
SPACE FOR CHILDREN
On the ground floor of the Villa we have arranged a playroom for our youngest guests. There are toys, board games, colorful books in Polish, drawing boards, stuffed animals and other curiosities that will make children's time more pleasant.
SWIMMING POOL
On the south side, among the greenery of the olive grove, there is a modern swimming pool with comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas.
CROWONDER PRIORITIES
The most important issue for us is to provide conditions for comfortable and satisfying rest for our guests. Therefore, we place great emphasis on cleanliness in the apartments, natural, pleasant to the touch materials, properly selected colors and interior arrangements. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, parking for 3 cars and other amenities.
FREE TIME
Located in Bibinje, Crowonder Harbor Villa is a great starting point for trips to three National Parks, cycling, trecking, climbing and many other attractions available in the area. Some of them have been described in more detail on our blog.
PLEASE NOTE: Crowonder Harbor Villa is rented in full. Only in the period from 4 April 2020 to 8 June 2020 and from 1 September 2020 it is possible to rent individual apartments.
