Annelie Cottage (villa Annelie) is located in the resort of Island of Brac – Sutivan, 145 m from the sea and has capacity for 4–6 persons in 1 accommodation unit. Arrival is possible from 14:00 and on departure day until 10:00. Owners speak: ENG, HRV.
From 15 June - 01 September the price per night is 142 euros. Minimum stay 7 nights. Longer stays receive a discount. Parking included in the price.
Two-story stone house in a quiet location in the center of the town of Sutivan on the island of Brač. Everything is close - 3 min. walking distance to the beach, shops, ATMs, restaurants and other amenities. The house offers 85 m2 of living space with a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom on the upper floor and a toilet/laundry room on the ground floor, a sofa bed for 2 people, 2 air conditioners [one per floor], Wi-Fi and 3 Smart TVs, one in the living room rooms and one in each bedroom. The front porch is perfect for morning coffee and evening relaxation. 1 guarded parking space is a 3-minute walk from the house.
Smoking is not allowed inside!
Tourist tax is included in the rental price.
Maximum 6 people. Ideal for a small family or 2 couples with children.
