Apartments Kosović II are located on a family estate in Podaca, famous for its great tourist tradition. Its location is ideal for families with small children since the sea and beach are placed almost next to the house (about 10 meters), far away from the crowd and the main road. In front of the house there is the pebble beach having a lot of natural shade. Behind the beach there is a newly built 5-kilometer walkway ideal for evening walks and relaxation, but also for tourists who prefer a more active holiday with running, rolling and cycling.

All 3 apartments have a separate entrance, air conditioning and access to wireless internet (WIFI). Their capacity is 14 beds and 2 auxiliary beds. Five parking spaces are insured within the property that surrounds the house in a designated place.

The host Mr. Ivan Kosović runs quiet family restaurant Mendi with a tradition of over 35 years. The restaurant offers grill specialties but also seafood and various types of pizzas. Also, the family Kosović produces domestic olive oil from more than 200 olive trees.

A grocery store, a bakery, and a post office are located about 300 meters from the house. The geographical position of the apartment is suitable for one-day trips to the towns of Dubrovnik, Makarska, Medjugorje, Split and the islands such as Hvar and Korcula.
