Additional Information
The house is located in a blind quiet street, with only 5 houses.
Bicycles available, cot and highchair available. Possibility of day trips on own yacht for an extra charge .
Regarding the energy situation in Europe and the constantly increasing fees for electricity in Croatia, we were forced to make few adjustments to the fees.
In order not to increase the flat fees for the apartments, electricity consumption meters have been installed on the air conditioner unit and the socket for charging electric bicycles and scooters.
This fee will be paid additionally based on actual consumption.
Thus, every guest can be in control of their air conditioning and recharging electric bicycles consumption during their stay.
I would also like to point out that in view of the complete reconstruction and insulation of the entire house, the need air conditioning has been practically made unnecessary. Only a few times during the summer season the heat is above 40 degrees C.
The current price of one KWh = EUR 0.2 (CZK 5).
