Apartments Jadran are located in a quiet part of Baška, 300 meters (5 minutes' walk) from the sea and the main beach, and for lovers of outdoor activities, we are close to hiking and biking trails. Apartments Jadran is a family house with two small apartments on the ground floor, which are suitable for two adults or a family with a child. Parking is provided (in the yard of the house).
Apartment Jadran 1 is located on the ground floor and has an area of 30 m2 with a terrace.
Contains: living room and kitchen in one, one bedroom, bathroom and terrace. In the living room + kitchen there is a mini couch (extra bed for a child up to 12 years old) with satellite Smart TV and an equipped mini kitchen (in the kitchen you have a fridge with freezer, electric stove, kettle, microwave oven, filter coffee machine, toaster and all utensils needed for cooking). There is one double bed in the bedroom. The bathroom is with a shower. The apartment is air-conditioned and has free internet access (Wi-Fi).
Apartment Jadran 2 is located on the ground floor and has an area of 37m2 with a terrace.
Contains: Living room with kitchen in one, bathroom, one bedroom and terrace. In the living room there is a sofa (extra bed for a person up to 18 years old) with satellite Smart TV, equipped mini kitchen (in the kitchen you have a fridge with freezer, electric stove, mini dishwasher, kettle, filter coffee machine, toaster, microwave oven and all the utensils needed for cooking). In the bedroom there is one double bed and an armchair (extra bed for a child up to 10 years old). The bathroom has a shower cabin. The apartment is air-conditioned and has free internet access (Wi-Fi).
A family with a small child can get a cot and a high chair upon request. An iron and an ironing board are available upon request. It is allowed to use the barbecue (announce in advance) and the children's house in the garden (announce in advance, tidy up after use).
Up to THREE nights, the price is 30% MORE expensive;
ADDITIONAL PERSON pays 7 or 10 € per night, depending on the season.
ENVIRONMENTAL FEE: €0.21 per person per night in the period from May 1 to September 30.
ARRIVAL TIME: after 14:00;
DEPARTURE TIME: until 10:00 a.m.;
DEPOSIT is paid in the amount of one or two nights, depending on the length of stay, the rest upon arrival in the apartment; DAMAGE DEPOSIT amounts to €100, the guest pays it upon arrival to the apartment, if nothing is broken it is returned upon departure;
The house has ONE PARKING PLACE for each apartment;
IT IS PROHIBITED: bringing people who are not users of the accommodation, making noise between 24-8 hours, bringing pets From 31.10.. to 1.04. we are closed.
We accept reservations for 2025 from January 1, 2025.
