The apartments are located 100m from the sea and 200m walk from the town center. The marina being only 5 minutes away, their location is ideal for boaters.

All our apartments has access to the outdoor swimming pool! Our swimming pool has a beautiful sea view and magnificent sunset every evening. Our swimming-pool is using a 100% natural water treatment (salted water). Also our swimming pool water is heated like this you can enjoy a swim at anytime of the season from April to October!

The pool entrance has a 35cm deep shallow water ideal for kids play and to laid back looking at the sea landscape. The pool is 80cm up from ground floor so it keep away your children to fall in and also it allowed you to go into the water with ease. The surrounding garden is designed based on blue flowers, and has mediterranean planting fragrance.

Not only are our apartments beautifully furnished meeting all the requirements of your stay (sheets, towels, a toaster, coffee machine, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, glasses, cutlery, plates, satellite TV, air conditioning, parking place, etc., provided), but also each apartment has a large terrace with a beautiful view of the Punat bay, the marina and Košljun island.
