Makarska is also ideal for those who want to discover more of Croatia. Split is only 60 km away, Dubrovnik 180 km, you can also visit the Medjugorje resort or discover Mostar in Bosnia and Herzegovina. You can enjoy rafting on the river Cetina, take off on the Biokovo Mountains (nature park) at an altitude of 1762 m or visit the Krka National Park waterfalls.
