Vinisce is located in a beautiful bay 20 km from Trogir in the direction to Sibenik and 8 km from the Adriatic Highway. The house is about 30 meters far from the sea and 100 meters from the beach. In the immediate vicinity of the grocery store, restaurant, pizzeria. The village has 4 restaurants, 4 grocery stores, tourist offices and post office with money exchange. In the neighboring city of Marina is a pharmacy, restaurant, currency exchange and ATM. Beaches in Vinisce are gravel, stone (natural rock) and concrete. Apartments in my house are: one apartment with 8+1 beds and 1 apartment with 2 beds. Apartment 8 +1 has about 140 square feet on two floors, balcony 3O m2. On the ground floor: kitchen, living room and dining room and small toilet. On the floor are 4 bedrooms, hall and 2 bathrooms. All rooms have a balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped. The house has 4 parking spaces. Apartment with 2 beds, has an area of 22 m2 - a bedroom 9 m2 with a bed 200x140cm, kitchenette with electric stove and small refrigerator. Living room - dining room 9 m2 with table and chairs and satellite TV. Apartments are air-conditioned.
