Villa Stella is located in the resort of Marina – Trogir – Vinišće, 50 m from the sea and has capacity for 6–7 persons in 1 accommodation unit. Owners speak: ENG, HRV.
A nice country atmosphere in a quiet bay beside a small place called Vinišće. Villa Stella is the ideal place for your vacation.
Villa is rented whole with a garden. The villa has an area of approximately 80m2. The land plot has about 250m2 on which there are two
covered area of approx. 35m2. In the basement of the garden, the tables and benches are under the gazebo, there is fireplace and an additional outside toilet. Inside the villa and the suetter there is also the kitchen itself (separated from the upper floors where the rooms are).
On the first floor there are 3 rooms: 1 x double, 1 x single, 1 x double + sofa).
From one room there is a balcony of about 25m2, which is pleasant for the evening.
The house is about 50m away from the sea. The sea has its own private stone mill, with a small beach. The surface of the berth is about 15m2 where you can tie a small boat, dinghy, kayak ...
