About accommodation
Apartment Mimica u centru Omiša is located in the resort of Omis – Omiš, 150 m from the sea and has capacity for 4–5 persons in 1 accommodation unit. Arrival is possible from 14:00 and on departure day until 09:00. Owners speak: ENG, GER, HRV.
The apartment is located a 2-minute walk from the very center of town, on the 3rd floor of a private house. It consists of two double bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with two single beds that can be joined together), a comfortable living room with a sofa (which converts into an extra bed), and an adjoining fully equipped kitchen. Amenities include a refrigerator with a freezer, a glass-ceramic cooktop with an oven, a microwave, an electric kettle, a bathroom (with a toilet, bathtub, and shower), and a terrace (25 m˛) offering views of the sea, the historic town center, and a nearby hill. Other features include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, fans in the bedrooms, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a hairdryer, an iron and ironing board, clothes pegs, and a filter coffee machine.
As parking is not available in the town center itself, a space is provided for you in a public parking area (100–450 meters away), at the owner's expense.

We are confident that you will be very satisfied with your stay here. We live in the same building and are always available to our guests. While we will never disturb or intrude upon your privacy during your stay, we will do our absolute best to ensure you feel right at home.
