This is luxurious villa located directly on the beach. The road is 100 meters from us making it one of ours biggest advantage. Just by that road we have private parking. Villa is suitable for large groups of 16 people, for one or for more than one family .It has 3 apartments, each is fully equipped and each of them has 2 bedrooms and there are 2 bathrooms on first two floors and one on third. Cable TV and free Wi-Fi are available trough all 3 floors just as air conditioning. Villa has 5 terraces in totlal, each with panoramic sea view with spectacular sunsets. Pool is on private disposal to all villa's guests and there is whirlpool in apartment on 1st floor. Pets are allowed in this house.

There is beach bar on the beach where you can order original dalmatian food or rent a boat to visit nearby islands. Nearest town Omis is 5km from villa and it is one of few places on earth where you can enjoy in sea, river (rafting, canoeing) and mountain(walking, camping) in one place. If you want to experience this small place but not in time of tourist season, you can order dalmatian food(extra charge) to your apartment and we'll be happy to ensure that. If you want nice and quiet vacation or you are more adventurous type of person, this is a place for you. This is a great place to experience Dalmatia.
