About accommodation
Villa Katarina Croatia is located in the resort of Omis – Stanići, 150 m from the sea and has capacity for 8–10 persons in 1 accommodation unit. Arrival is possible from 16:00 and on departure day until 10:00. In season you can arrive on: Saturday and out of season on: Saturday. Owners speak: CZ, ENG, HRV.
A luxury villa with a pool located 150 meters from the nearest beach with an amazing view of the sea and the mountain massifs.
For this season, we have prepared for rent a spacious family apartment for 10 people with a size of 160 m2 located on two floors of the villa, namely on the ground floor and the 1st floor. Children over 5 years old are welcome.
On the ground floor there are two separate bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Both bedrooms have their own entrance to a large south-facing terrace with a view of the sea. The terrace has a large dining table with chairs and an outdoor grill.
On the 1st floor there are two separate bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and an entrance to a large balcony on the south side of the villa with a view of the sea, as well as a living room connected to a fully equipped kitchen and an entrance to the balcony. There is a dining table with chairs on the balcony.
On the north side of the villa there is a private pool of 24 m2 with sunbeds, umbrellas and garden furniture, providing plenty of privacy. A large dining table for ten people, a ping-pong table and another outdoor grill are available in the fenced part of the area.
From the large south terrace and balcony there is a breathtaking view of the open sea and the islands of Brač and Hvar, while on the north side you will be surprised by the amazing view of the mountains.
The entire villa is air-conditioned, has free WI-FI and is luxuriously furnished.
A large private parking lot is available to guests free of charge.
