Villa San Marino has eight identical apartments located on three floors. On each floor there are two apartments. The apartments are 60 m2 of total size and contain double or triple room, living room with a click-clack bed, kitchen, dining room and a large terrace.

All apartments are in the first row to sea and facing the sea. They are equipped with air conditioner for cooling and heating. Kitchens are equipped with dishes for preparing and serving food and drinks in reasonable quantities, refrigerator, freezer, electric hot plates, gas and hood, while in bathrooms are the showers. Each apartment has a flat-screen TV with satellite and Internet access. The terraces have the outdoor seating furniture.

The apartment is thoroughly cleaned after each guest, and the change of towels and bed linen is once a week or, if necessary, more frequently. The price includes the use of parking space, bed linen, towels, cleaning, electricity, gas and water.
