We offer nice, cosy, fully furnished apartments Luka and Katja with a private outdoor swimming pool in the touristic place Podstrana, a tourist place with nice beaches around and just 10 km from the centre of Split.

The Katja apartment is decorated in a modern style and is our guest favorites. The beautifully decorated apartment with a summer vibe has a cozy double bed, an extra sofa bed, fully furnished kitchen and a bathroom.

The Luka apartment is decorated in a vintage style with details specific for this Dalmatian area. It also has a double bed, an extra sofa bed, fully furnished kitchen and a bathroom as well as a terrace with a swimming pool view. The apartments a located in a silent area suitable for 'recharging batteries'.

Our guests are welcomed with a homemade liqueur and invited to taste the fresh fruits directly from our garden. It is the best place to spend your holiday with the whole family since we offer something for all family members. For the kids (and the ones with a child's spirit) there is a trampoline, table soccer and the a swimming pool.

As book lovers we offer a variety of books in German and English language and invite our guests to participate in book swapping: you take one and give one.
