To secure your reservation, you must pay 30% of the price in advance as a deposit directly to the accommodation owner and the remaining 70% upon arrival at the accommodation unit. STAY LESS THAN 4 NIGHTS = +30% PRICE INCREASE. Tourist tax: €2 per person per day. FINAL CLEANING FOR THE APARTMENT: €70. On the last day of your stay, the guest is required to leave the accommodation by 10:00. Refundable deposit of €150 per apartment upon arrival.
