The building has a beautiful view of the open sea, the promenade along the sea reaches the city center.
The villa has its own covered car parking for 28 cars, reception for providing all tourist information and in front of the villa there are sun loungers and parasols that our guests can use free of charge.
In front of the house is a pebble beach with an outdoor shower and other beautiful hidden coves are near around.
The villa has a large terrace with barbecue and a TV for social events. There is also a games room with table tennis and table football.
Some apartments for 4 people have 2 bathrooms (shower and toilet). Each apartment has a fridge, kettle and 2m wide balcony with beautiful sea views.
