The apartment has its own entrance, parking, yard, terrace and outdoor barbecue. Near the apartment there is the most beautiful beach of Rijeka Ploče and Kantrida, tennis court of Marčeljeva draga, football stadium Kantrida, sports center Centar-Zamet. Also, near the apartment there is a small shop and a supermarket (2 min by car) and a shopping center ZTC (6-7 min car).
