Our house is located 2 km from the city center, in a pine forest on the peninsula "Monsena" in the village "Borik". It is 5 minutes walk from the sandy beach "Valdeliso" with shadow and tidy sea, playground and picturesque cafes.

Apartments are physically and optically isolated. Studio apartment on the ground floor has its own walled garden and the apartments on the ground floor and first floor have a private, enclosed terraces. All rooms have a gas grill, parasol and garden furniture.
The entrances are separated, and parking in the courtyard.

The house is situated in a dead end street, in front of the park, which ensures peace and quiet during the day and at night, but thanks to its central location, everything is available: shops, grocers, bus stop, pizzeria, restaurants, sports and entertainment center - all five minute walk. Children are welcome!
The apartments have a baby bed, fuses into sockets, insect nets. Children can safely play in the sandbox on the terrace, ride a bike or play ping-pong on the playground in the park in front of the house.

Accessories: coffee maker, toaster, clean towels and bed linen 1 x per week.

NEW: Possibility to rent bikes for special price - 5 EUR / day.

Our prices include: walk - 150 meters from the beach, peace and quiet - at an impasse, greenery - in the garden, park or on the beach.
