It is ideal for couples, groups of friends or families who like to wake up with the birds singing. The full capacity of the villa is 14 beds, eight fixed beds and six extra beds.

It consists of three luxury air-conditioned apartments.
Two apartments are on the ground floor, each with one bedroom, bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen, large covered terrace of 26 m2 and a yard of 30 m2, with an adjacent barbecue.
The third apartment is located on the first floor, it has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, two air-conditioners, kitchen, lounge and large semi-covered terrace of 35 m2 with sea views.
There are like part of the house a barbecue, 4 parking spaces, use of the washing maschine 4-5 times a week.

But what distinguishes the villa are their spacious and open terrace where guests can enjoy spending time in the socialize.

The ideal geographic context allows visiting a lot of natural beauty and culturally rich. Sibenik was the largest coastal city founded 1,000 years ago by the Croats, is of great importance for Croatian history.
Nearby, there are two national parks, Krka and Kornati Archipelago with 150 islands, then, Primosten, surrounded by seven islands is a gift of nature. City of Trogir under UNESCO protection, and more interesting islands as a Krapanj, Kaprije, Zlarin, Zirije, Prvic and many others that are worth visiting.
