Apartment is located in daylight basement. It gets a great amount of sunlight though. Very tall ceilings; 3m high.

Room 1 has a window.
Room 2 and room 3 have no windows; they have their own ventilation system.
Two single beds in room 2 can be connected in a double bed.
In living room is a pull out couch for two.

This area of the city is usually noisy but the apartment is in perfect spot where it doesn't get almost any outside noise and you can be close to city vibes but still have a good night sleep without loud outside music.

Because of the fact that it is located in daylight basement area, and the building is made of stone walls, the apartment always have pleasant temperature, few degrees less then outside and even no need to turn on the AC units.
