This cosy holiday house is in quiet and green surroundings without traffic. Spend beautiful summer evenings on the terrace and enjoy homemade wine. Sukosan is known for its beautiful beaches and one of the biggest yacht harbours (“Zlatna Luka”) in the Adriatic.

The two-storey house provides ample space for eight people. The ground floor of around 90m² comprises a spacious living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, fridge, coffee machine, dishwasher and dining space, as well as an adjoining bathroom with a bath and washing machine. The ground floor also has a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200cm). the other three bedrooms and the second bathroom with a shower are on the upper floor, accessed up wooden stairs. These bedrooms provide a double bed (160 x 200cm), two single beds (90 x 200cm) and another single bed (90 x 200cm). There is also a sofa bed for a further person. Free wireless Internet access is available.

The roofed terrace looks out over the garden, where the owner cultivates vegetables that you can also use for cooking, depending on the season. The terrace features a rustic style and is furnished with a wooden table and benches. You can relax here during the day or grill in the evenings. There are three free parking spaces on site. The owner is happy to provide advice about restaurants and events all around Sukosan or Zadar.

There are local restaurants and konobas offering culinary delights, known especially for their fish dishes. There are shopping facilities within 500 metres. The house is also an optimal starting point for trips to the surrounding national parks and nature reserves.
