The apartment is located in a quiet part of town only 200m from the sea and the first beach. On the beach there is a Caffe bar, which has a playground for children and other facilities. It takes 5-10min walk to the historic city center and you do not need a car. The apartment is located on the first floor of the house, consisting of two spacious bedrooms, living room with kitchen and dining area, bathroom and balcony overlooking the sea. The kitchen is equipped with all household appliances (refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker). There are also two LCD TVs (living room and bedroom) with satellite channels and Wi-Fi.
Private parking is secured and is not charged.
