The building has 8 two-bedroom apartments, 2 on the ground floor and 6 on the first floor. All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a living room with SAT-TV, air conditioning in the living room and in the bedrooms, free access to wireless internet, a roof terrace with sea view, barbecue equipment and the seating area. In the courtyard there is a saltwater pool that is heated in pre-season and post-season.
