The reservation confirmation is 25% of the total price, and the rest is paid a few days before arrival to the bank account or in cash upon arrival.
If the reservation is cancelled, the owner will publish the specified period again and put it up for sale. When the requested period is filled again, the advance payment minus the transaction fee is returned in full.

Pets are only available on request.
A security deposit is required for accommodation on the third floor for 12 people, it is €300 and is returned upon departure.
