Dear visitors, we are honored to introduce you our Villa Karma - private luxury apartments. We are located in the beautiful city of Zadar, in part KOLOVARE-Karma. Only 20 meters far from the sea and 800m from the old town which is accessible by a new promenade along the sea. Our offer consists of seven residential units with 2 to 6 beds, modern, newly equipped environment with direct view to the sea. Each apartment has a few parking places, all apartments are air conditioned and equipped with TV, SAT, washing machine etc. We also provide berths for guests ships.
