"APP 2" - APP Nr.2. is very nice, has a 90 m2, air conditioning, wi-FI 3 double bedrooms, large living room with TV / SAT, WI-FI Internet, a kitchen and two bathrooms. APP has a large terrace with view to sea.

House Vukelic have two high-quality, large and comfortable apartments APP Nr.1. And APP Nr.2.. It is located near the Hotel Kvarner Palace **** and about 300 m from the main sandy beach in Crikvenica, approximately 400 m from the supermarket Konzum and Lidl and 1000 m from the center of the City, and has enclosed secure parking for guests.
Apartment Nr.1. *** For 4+1 people is conformtable, has a 70 m?, two double bedrooms, living room with two couches and a kitchen, a bathroom and an extra toilet. The APP Nr.1. has air conditioning, TV / SAT and WI-FI Internet. In front of the APP is a large and beautiful terrace eith beautiful view to the sea, and around APP is a beautiful mediteran garden. The apartment is equipped with kitchen utensils, linen, towels, etc ...
Our APP *** Nr.2. for 6+1 is very comfortable, size 90 sqm and comfortable to stay. APP has a large terrace (40 m?) overlooking the sea. The apartment has 3 double bedrooms, large living room (30 m?) with one double sofa bed, TV / SAT, Wi-Fi, air conditioning for the entire APP, equipped kitchen, two bathrooms. The apartment is equipped with kitchen utensils, linen, towels, etc ..
The price of APP includes use of air conditioning, WI-FI Internet, taxes, tourist tax and it is the total price of APP.
For our guests we have enclosed parking in the yard of our house.
Distance from our house to the main city sandy beach in Crikvenica, is about 300 m. The main beach in Crikvenica is sandy and beautifully decorated, one of the best in Croatia. It is suitable for children and adults. Distance from APP to the supermarket Konzum and Lidl is about 400 m, and from the city center 800 m.
Guests pay for confirmation of reservaton of APP in advance 30% of the total price to the APP on my bank account. The remaining 70% of the total price of APP guests pay first day when they come to APP in Crikvenica. If you are interested for our offer of APP send us e-mail and we will respond to you.
P.S. We have an additional promotional offer for APP1 4+1 and APP2 6+1 in the period from 01.06. - 30.06.2023. and 01.09. – 30.09.2023. we give free one (1) free day of stay to guests in APP, if you book APP for a minimum of 6 days in unscheduled periods, (example from Saturday to Saturday in the 6th and 9th of the month of 2023, but it can also be on other days of the week) we give it to our guests special promotional offer APP1 and APP2. Using the APP for 3 or less days is 30% more expensive or by agreement.
