Villa Luka is an apartment house **** with two swimming pools and 7 apartments, located in Vinkuran - a small and quiet village between Medulin and Pula. Vinkuran is a peaceful place, an area of mainly villas, which is suitable for a relaxing holiday, from where you can easily go to the nearby historic Pula (3km), the natural park Kamenjak (2,5km) or the touristic Medulin (7km) which is the third most visited place in Croatia. The house offers comfortable accommodation in 7 new apartments. 4 one-bedroom and 2 two-bedroom apartments, as well as one studio apartment. There is a garage for up to 6 cars, a swimming pool, children's pool, infrared sauna, fitness room, jacuzzi, a large terrace for social activities and a lounge and barbecue area where you can have a pleasant stay with friends, there is also Wi-fi in the house and by the pool, making the villa suitable for relaxing holidays all year round. At the nearest beach there is a bar where you can also have something to eat. Just 2km away you will find the restaurant Batelina, which is ranked in the top 100 restaurants in the world. Check-in: 15:00+, check-out: -10:00. A damage deposit of 100 Euros is payable on arrival. Only persons under 12 years of age can be accommodated in the auxiliary beds (+2, +1).
