It has a very convenient location in the center of the resort, located in the oldest historical part of Baska. Opposite the apartments is the first stone house in Baška built in 1525 (MDXXV). Located next to the old water fountain. Nearby are shops, restaurants, bars and a fish market. Due to the preservation of the old part of the place and the port, the operation of motor vehicles is not allowed. The studio has a secure parking space near the center. It is an ideal place for two people who want to play sports, take a walk at sunrise or sunset, enjoy gastronomic specialties of Baška in the characteristic bars of the old part of Baška. Walking on a long promenade by the sea, inhaling the smell of the sea or swimming in the moonlight and stars.
