Additional Information
It’s one of the best locations in the Zadar region. We are blessed with awesome natural beauty all around us. As you can see, we are located very close to the sea, with our private road to the beach. We are away from the crowds, which can be noisy and disturbing.
All of our apartments have balconies; three of them even have two balconies with table and chairs. All have a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with a shower, SAT. TV and air-conditioning. Three apartments have electric stows for guests who really enjoy the home cooked meals even if away from home.
In our yard, we have a gas grill and a wood fire grill. Yes you can (or I will help you) grill the freshest fish and enjoy it on the beach with your family, as you watch the sunset. FREE to use, we have kayaks, chairs, beach umbrellas, volleyball, and bocce set (lawn bowling).
Secure parking next to the house. This great location offers privacy, peace and quiet (no noisy neighbors). Yet it is approximately 3km from the town, for fresh fruits and vegetables, meat, fish, bakery, cafés, and restaurants. A small grocery store and pizza place is about 300 meters.
Apartments Villa Tesna are bigger than most apartments. Three apartments have two balconies and two apartments have two bathrooms. All have air conditioning, satellite T.V., wireless internet and sea view balconies. All apartments have large bedrooms, so they all have big comfortable beds for a good night sleep. 3 out of 4 apartments have electric stoves as many of our guests enjoy home-cooked meals even when they are away from home.
