Apartment on the 2nd floor with great views of the sea and the old town. Quiet neighborhood, 300 meters from the beach, 2 km from the old town. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a house with a large terrace and a beautiful view. The apartment has two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a large terrace. The neighborhood is quiet so that guests can sleep well. The nearest beach is only 5 minutes away (you can reach it on foot), and there is a cafe with a playground for children. Nearby there is a supermarket, a bank and a pharmacy, as well as good restaurants. There is an additional area with a barbecue behind the house. There is also an outdoor shower that guests can use.
