Croatia Weather – September
September is often considered the best month to visit Croatia. Temperatures remain very pleasant (19–22 °C on average), the sea is still warm (23–25 °C) and the summer crowds begin to dissipate.
Sunshine remains generous (190–255 hours) and rainfall increases slightly compared to summer but remains moderate on the Dalmatian coast (70–90 mm). Accommodation prices drop after August 15.
It is the ideal month to combine swimming, culture and tranquillity.
